R-A-C-Q-U-E-T-B-A-L-L! Usually at least 3 days a weeks. Sometimes 5. I get to the gym about 3:30 and dont leave until about 6:30 to 7. Its awesome to get this good of a workout while doing something thats a blast!- Q2Dude
