Moosie got me wondering (Off season exercise)

R-A-C-Q-U-E-T-B-A-L-L! Usually at least 3 days a weeks. Sometimes 5. I get to the gym about 3:30 and dont leave until about 6:30 to 7. Its awesome to get this good of a workout while doing something thats a blast!

Actually once hunting season ends I take the dog for a run to keep him in shape, lift the canoe on top of the truck twice, two days a week and hike up some steep hills. I took a buddy hunting last year he doesn't want to go with me this year because I beat him tothe top of the mountain then enjoyed a smoke while I was waiting for him. Lots of cardio good for the body.
