IMO, whatever they work out, if it's less than what the recovery calls for, a law suit will follow. There might be one anyway, but at least if the negotiations end up with a plan similar to Montana, or Idaho the thing would hold up in court.
 
Congress passed a 3 week CR. Not the one we're hoping for. Unfortunately, it seems that the House is playing games with the Budget and the CR is taking longer than anticipated.

But if the Fed and WY can come up with a workable solution, then they should go for it.

Delaying delisting for at least 8 years is a win?

Well, it’s certainly not a win compared to de listing 8 years ago, but it is a win compared to playing reindeer games for another 8 years.

I just hope they do something to get the wolf numbers in check, while maintaining a viable population.
