Wyoming phorn results tomorrow?

In for the special draw for me and the wife at 2 points past what it took last year. As long as things don't go too wonky on me, we should hopefully be hunting.

I'm counting on it; maybe with false hopes. Saved all of my luck for pronghorn in Wyoming.

Mrs. Fin asked if I'd take her on an antelope hunt and try to erase the bad memories of when she spined a whitetail buck in Montana and it had not yet expired when she walked up to it. She's not hunted big game since then, so I hope she continues with her determination to get back to big game hunting. With my 7 points and her 12, I am hoping the Special Draw is kind to us.

My daughter took a break. Had her all set up on an antelope buck. She unloaded the rifle and said "Dad, I can't". No problem. We packed it up. Last year she killed one. About 10 years between. It was her 5th Wedding Anniversary. mtmuley

Good to know it can be overcome. I don't want to pressure her. We're gonna get back to her shooting more, if the Wyoming is our lucky draw. Hopefully once she starts going back to the range she'll erase that bad memory and be ready for a pronghorn.

She walked away from a lot of Nevada points by letting them expire. She quit all Montana apps. She told me to not let her Wyoming points expire, so I think she had it as a possibility in the back of her mind. She's still happy for me and my hunting. She has no problem pounding a grouse or thumping a walleye on the head.

I'm anxiously awaiting results. WY antelope is my wife's favorite tag cause she comes truck camping with me but I'm expecting to be disappointed.

@mtmuley and @Big Fin I'm trying to get my wife to hunt with me and I think antelope is the perfect start. She's had her hunter safety since she was a kid but has never actually hunted. Any tips for easing her into it if I draw a tag this year and she just follows along?

Swing and a miss here for doe tags. Although my buddy texted me at 3am mtn time to let me know he drew his antelope buck tag. SOB woke me up.

Well… things went wonky

No tags for us with 8 points in a unit that took 6 last year
