Actually World Trophy outfitters.....
"Mr. Peay is able to elect all our directors and control our future
course. In January 2005, we issued 10,000,000 shares of common stock to Mr.
Peay, our president and sole director. After completion of this offering, Mr.
Peay will direct approximately 88% of the voting control of WTO, assuming the
maximum amount is sold. As a result, Mr. Peay will effectively have voting
control of WTO with respect to all matters submitted to the vote of the
stockholders, including the election of directors. The concentration of voting
control may also have the effect of impeding a non-negotiated change in control
which result may or may not benefit stockholders. In addition, stockholders may
be disadvantaged in the event matters are put to the stockholders for approval
and the interests of the holders of the preferred stock are dissimilar to the
interests of the stockholders generally.

If the offering is completed, you will have no ability to control
operations. Although you will pay a price per share that substantially exceeds
the price per share paid by current stockholders and will contribute a
significantly higher percentage of the total amount to fund our operations,
investors in this offering will own a very small percent, less than 4% of our
common shares if the maximum amount is raised. As a result, you will have no
ability to control how management operates our business. Moreover, Mr. Peay will
direct at least 88% of the voting control of WTO after the offering is
completed. Mr. Peay, as majority stockholder and the sole director, will be able
to control the future course of WTO.

If we lose the services of Mr. Peay it is unlikely that our business
could continue. We are in the development stage and require the services of our
president to become established. We do not have an employment agreement with Mr.
Peay. As a result, Mr. Peay may terminate his employment at any time. There is
intense competition for management and marketing personnel in our business. If
we lost the services of our president, it is questionable whether we would be
able to find a replacement and it is likely our business would fail.

We do not have exclusive arrangements with any of the big game
outfitters with whom we work, guide services from outfitters are widely
available to other wholesalers and can be readily sold by competitors. We have
no exclusive arrangements that would preclude or inhibit competitors from
selling big game outfitting packages that are substantially similar to or the
same as the packages that we sell. As a result, our competitors could buy and
market packages that are substantially similar to our packages.

We depend on third party outfitters to sell us big game hunting
packages at competitive prices. We resell hunting packages from various big game
outfitters. There are no arrangements whereby any outfitters have agreed or are
required to continue to sell hunting packages to us. The hunting packages we
sell could be purchased from a number of third parties.

We have limited experience in sales and marketing which may affect our
ability to generate clients. As a new company, we have limited experience in
sales, marketing, or distribution, of our outfitter packages. Our current plan
is to approach additional high end hunters who might be interested in our
packages. We cannot assure you that we will be able to establish sales and
distribution capabilities or that we will be able to obtain a client base for
our packages.

We must keep pace with changing conditions in wildlife populations and
guiding and hunting regulations throughout the US, Canada, Mexico and Africa in
order to provide our customers the best possible packages. Wildlife populations
are subject to disease, predation and harsh weather conditions that can
dramatically affect herd size and trophy quality. Governments and hunting
regulations change frequently. Our future success will depend in part on our
ability to maintain existing clients and outfitter relationships, and develop
new relationships with outfitters that meet changing client requirements. We may
not be successful in attracting additional clients who desire our custom
services. We could experience difficulties that delay or prevent the successful
development and marketing of outfitter packages. We cannot guarantee that any
current or newly acquired outfitter packages will achieve market acceptance.

If our recommended hunts are not successful, or there are reductions in
wildlife herds it may adversely affect our business. Hunting is a high risk
adventure. We cannot control the weather which has a substantial influence on
the outcome of a hunt. We cannot control the physical abilities and shooting
abilities of our clients. We cannot control government policies that affect the
overall hunting experience. Failure to provide satisfactory experiences, even if
it is from elements beyond our control could result in the following: "

"We were formed as a Nevada corporation on January 13, 2005 as World

who seek to hunt with the top tier big game outfitters.
Our principal executive
offices are located at 4245 Production Court, Las Vegas, Nevada 89115. Our

Hey WYODEERHUNTER, pull your head out of your ass and read some of this... You think I am talking smack when i say greed is making hunting a rich man's sport? Wake up. You even know who Don Peay is??

I've had a feeling that Peay was working some sort of deal like this. And to think he got his start by getting sportsmen organized in UT...

I'll not be sending SFW any money any time soon...

Just the latest installment in the "I'm in it for Don Peay" wildlife management scheme.

You really have to hand it to the guy...brilliant really.

He gets a bunch of ignorant hunters to fund his war on predators via SFW...changes the management style to trophy management only...then gets the G&F via the legislature and commission to sign off on approving huge numbers of wealth tags, landowner tags, guaranteed outfitter tags...then starts a business where he contols everything to profit from the tags he created through the influence of SFW. I sure hope the idiots that support this group realize they've been played like fiddles by Don Peay.

To top it off he argues that there is more opportunity for everyone. More opportunity for the rich and maybe once in a lifetime for the average guy.

What a frickin' champion of wildlife and the average guy. Dont worry though, the Don will get rich off the backs of the public and the publics resources.

Unbelieveable how truly stupid people are to support him and his corrupt organization.

Don Peay and his company WTO makes USO look like childs play...

IIRC when he started SFW he promised not to pay himself anymore than he was making at his prior full time job. Looks like that's out the window!

He definitely has the UT DWR where he wants them...

I just hope other states realize what exactly is going on with Peay.

He is, without any question at all...in it to make money for himself. Everything else is an after-thought...including the wildlife he supposedly is a champion of. If he cant profit from it...kill it if it effects his bottom line. He and his organization are anti-any animal that they cant profit from. The irony is that the SSS crowd has fallen for Don Peays rhetoric and lies...hook, line, and sinker. All to increase huntable animals that he can profit from!

It was inevitable that someone like him would figure out how to manipulate wildlife, the legislature, commissions, and the various state agencies. Its the exact reason why the commercialization of wildlife will ultimately do more harm to wildlife than just about anything else. Money corrupts and this is a blaring example.

He's in bed with outfitters and the weatlhy and that is all he cares about. He doesnt care about the average guy...nothing in it for him so why should he care?

At this point, he's done what he needs to do...he will show NO loyalty to SFW or its membership once his company takes off...which it will. Don Peay will control a large portion of the best wildlife opportunities in the United States and we'll all get to stand on the side lines and read about it in Trophy Hunter Magazine.

I tell you what, hunters need to wake the f%ck up before its too late...sadly I think many have already sold their souls.

Wow, good info.

I am always suspicious of any organization the puts predator control as the main wildlife management policy. What ever happened to habitat, winter range, water improvements, etc.?

I agree that SFW/Peay has gained a lot of traction with the timid souls who have sold out to the horn porn concept that views wildlife as semi-wild livestock, and not a natural resource to be managed as part of a greater ecosystem. The "let me drive anywhere, antler shed at the expense of winter-stressed animal crowd" seems to be fertile ground for the seeds they are planting.

SFW and SFH are two groups I was already keeping a cautious eye on. Until now, I thought WTO was that World Trade Organization that sponsored riots at all of its governors' meetings. Guess it took on a new meaning, but maybe it still deserves riots at all of its meetings. :D

Thanks for posting Schmalts. God Damn gumshoe amongst us.

I picked up that free SFW mag at the expo and looked at the booth. I kinda thought the predator bashing included in the mag boardered on trailer park trash talk, I didn't join thank goodness.

Put this on MM and watch the SFW defenders come out of the woodwork

Can't believe this guy is on the board of FNAWS as well

Somebody buzzed in the little bee's ear first, though. ;)

I tell you what, after reading Avalanche's posts over on the AOD thread, the possible implications of what is planned in AK are scary. I'm amazed more people on that site are not outraged.

Avalanche is biased against non-resident hunters. He is biased against the guide industry. But he also has a very firm grasp on what is about to happen in AK, and let me tell you, it isn't pretty. If you can put 2 and 2 together, it isn't hard to see the Don Peay train coming down the tracks, but AK hunters are just too incredulous to throw the brakes. They can't look beyond their philisophical differences with Avalanche to see that what he is saying is true, and that it is BAD.

SFW is like a parasite. They attach to a host (name a state) and drain the lifeblood. Careful not to kill the host, it needs it to survive.

I better get that AK moose hunt done soon, my bet is you will be required to have an outfitter real soon... just a prediction;)

BHR,

Time to wake up...you're asleep at the switch.

Oak, either I didnt hear you right or wasnt paying attention...but I had NO idea that Peay had a new company, WTO when you told me about that thread last week.

You are right though...the Peay train is about to plow into AK and change the future of hunting for the worse in that state. It will likely effect the residents more than the NR's...and like you say...they're so stupid they're standing in the tracks looking at the pretty, bright light...
