Here in CO there is constant pressure to politicize game and fish resource management. CPW does not automatically get to keep the license revenues it generates each year. It has to request operating fees through the annual budget process in the legislature, in effect asking for its own $ back. I am grateful CO has not yet caught the UT SFW/BGF disease, and always vigilant for attempts to privatize outdoor resources. I hope you are as well.
