Whats your goals on Elk this year ?

I'll be hunting mule deer at the same time and that's what I'll be targeting. It's only a seven day hunt so it will have to be a good one for me to lose a day or more of mule deer hunting to pack out an elk. It takes about 3 points to elk hunt this unit and I drew the deer tag with 5 this year. With numbers of guys in front of me and Colorado cutting it back to 20% for nonresidents shortly, it's going to take a lot more than 5 points to draw a mule deer tag for this unit in the future.
