that’s awesome. Congrats. I’m about to take my 14 year old son on his first elk hunt. This story has my blood pumping.

We have been deer hunting so I've been out of service but good luck! The kids are the best part of hunting!

Great stories. Congrats to your son on the Gatekeeper bull! A mount like that is far more interesting than "just another" big bull.

Also, I need to find me a buddy who can pack out a front shoulder, rear quarter, and head in one trip! I'd definitely have his phone number saved on my Garmin Inreach.

I'm just to stupid to stop. Lol
