What's everybody loading for this season?

For me this year it is going to be:

Sized to my specific rifle the OAL is around 2.72" I believe.

Primer: Federal 210M
Powder: Varget 41.3 grains
Bullet: 140 grain Accubonds

My rifle seems to like a little jump so COL is 2.77. I intend to play with seating depth a little more but I wanted to use this load for bear season so I'm settled for now. Planning to use this load or some slight variation thereof for deer in the fall, maybe elk.

.308 is a work in progress, but so far I'm going with much the same components. Got some more testing to do but so far I'm getting pretty good accuracy with 43 and 43.5 grains, and 45.5 and 46 grains of Varget pushing 165 grain Accubonds.

It took a long time to find, but this load has been excellent. Right around 2700fps and accuracy in the 5/8-3/4" range.

.30-06
Remington Core Lokt 180 round nose (factory)
Frankly, just for the romance. They make me happy.

.50 cal muzzleloader
250 grain TC Shockwave Glide
100 grains White Hot pellets
Winchester 209 primer
I got a new muzzleloader last year and it really prefers the glide sabots over the regular ones. Fine by me..

25-06 Remington

CCI 200 Primers
110 GR Nosler Accubond
50.0 GR IMR 4831
3130 fps

7mm Remington Magnum
Hornady Brass
CCI 250 Primer
150 GR Nosler Accubond Long Range
3130 fps

Still developing loads...maybe one of these days i'll settle on a couple that are "good enough" hahaha.

7mmWSM - I think I'm getting close
.223 - Also pretty close
.220 Swift - Still in the early stages of testing
.308 - some promising results but need more tests
7mm-08 - haven't even messed with it yet

After 16 years of absolutely steamrolling critters with a 200 grain Accubond in .300 RUM, I am working with a different bullet. Gonna load a 199 grain lathe turned copper. Should be able to get 3200 fps plus. Also have 181's that will go 3400 plus. Best accuracy wins. Remington brass, Federal 215's, and a big dose of appropriate powder. This bullet was used in Africa to take down a 1900 pound Eland. In a .257 Bee, 116 grain. Bet either flavor I have will wreck an elk. mtmuley
