I’m sitting on a fatty, season opens in 2 days. Thankfully I did my research and prepped well for this one. Amazing the good tips you can find by using the Search feature.
 
Haven’t saw the cargo bill yet but I bet I cut 50# of clean fat and bagged it off my moose this year. A friend asked me to bring it out if we could. It was quite disturbing how big the bag was
 
The last goat I shot in 2019 I weighed the whole carcass before cutting. The whole carcass was 55 pounds just prior to me starting butchering. I had shot an elk the week before. One of the hind quarters weighed 55 pounds lol
