Waiting for 2025 Colorado draw results

Looking at last year's odds, it was not a sure thing. Last year 248 NR with 0 points didn't draw the tag, and there were only 198 NR tags in the quota...unless the quota increased this year.

It was a sure thing last year at his point level. People with fewer points drew it.

Maybe I'm looking at it wrong then. I interpreted it as he has 1 point this year and had 0 last year so thought most people at his point level did not draw it last year. So if he had 1 point last year...yes would've been 100%.

To clarify, I had 1 point going into this year, and last year, 1 pt was 100% successful for first choice (if I'm reading the tables right), because 27 of 275 applicants with 0 pt drew last year.
I saw the 198 NR tags in 2024 as across all point levels.

I missed out on my early season deer tag. Must have been some point creep as it was 100% odds last year for my point level, will be interesting to see the draw statistics for this year. Good news is I now have another deer point!

It happens. One year 95% of people at my point level drew a tag I was going after and I was part of the 5% that didn't, lol. I've also been on the other side of the equation as well. You just never know.

Same...this happened to me once. Only 2 people didn't draw the tag I was going for and I was one of the two. I've also had some good luck in draws too so I'm not complaining.
