Vacation 2008

So my Wife and I took our 3 year old Son and out 6 week old Son on a little vacation. Catalina Island was our pick.

On our way over, we stopped and had dinner with the great BOHNTR (Roy Grace) He as good a guy as he is a hunter.

Took a little cruise to look for Seals and Sea Lions.

I had no idea! That would have been great.

We'll most likely be back again next year, it's one of our favorite places. We are thinking about having our Son Stone's 1st birthday over there in late June 2009.

I grew up in this area, Stan - and I've never been to Catalina! My parents even honeymooned there. I'm heading back to Grand Caverns for prairie dogs on the 23rd - it'll be hot, so we'll just go out in the early AM and evening. My 10-year old wants to shoot some more but with the .223 this time.

Do you take the catamaran over? Where do you leave from? Over by the Queen Mary?
