UT Pronghorn

Great pictures likes always oak. Looks like you did the best you could with what was given to you. congrats.

Sharp looking lope. And as always great pics.

It could be worse:

4 1/2 days
13 stalks
1 very dull broadhead
1 pretty decent sunburn

Best part-3 freakin Rattle Snakes

Great stuff Oak. That is way better than any buck I saw when hunting the late season there last year. Some may have been of that size, but when the ATV's and gumbo mudders were in hot pursuit, field judging speeding bucks was difficult.

A really cool buck for any antelope unit. Great pics. Glad you got a good one. I love the long prongs on that guy. Definitely worth every penny of it.

Good luck on your next hunts.

Way to go Oak!!!! I should kick you in the nutz for coming to Utah and not giving me a shout for a Choc Shake (I would have even bought) :( Next time "Warn-a-brotha" when your in Utah.

browtine, I figured you would be busy elk hunting. Are you elk hunting?

Ernesto, 2 of the three general deer seasons in CO are in November.

Boy, you did the hunt and got a good one. Congratulations! He looks huge.

Good luck on the other hunts, they will bring the costs down, eh?

Funny about the pronghorn numbers you saw. I just found out that they will be trapping 50 head from somewhere in that area to supplement a population west of SLC...
