If living in North Carolina and hunting diy in Montana and not being familiar with MOGA is then yea I’m way outside the vortex. I was familiar with the bill that was up for hearing today and familiar with what a problem the Montana Outfitter and Guide Association is I just hadn’t heard the term MOGA till today.
