For all of my SAD afflicted friends, here is a stew to warm your soul as we celebrate the addition of daylight to our lives.

We commemorate the public land elk who gave her life, at the hands of a 6.5 CM no less, for this dish.

Here is to longer days and a steelhead green (hopefully) river.

Looks yummy. Is the secret to drink the Guinness while you prep?

One of my most colossal failed experiments was IPA stew. Hoppy does not translate well. It is possible that it was a mistake to drink Imperial IPAs while doing a kitchen experiment.

Your lawn is green. Not sure u have much to complain about day length wise. Ha

Jk
Looks good

I’m in the minority here, but I dread the day that the days get longer. I love long dark mornings and long cold nights. Maybe it’s because I’m a farmer, and longer days signal stress and long days. Either way, good looking soup!
