The loss of sanity in todays world

A couple of weeks ago I had to go into the doctor's office for some blood tests. As usual all masked up I enter the lobby and there are three ladies decked out with rubber gloves, face masks, face shields and surgical hats. Once we got past the business of the day, I addressed the young lady in front of me who appeared to be about 20 and said "You really don't have where all the protective gear around me. I live so remote that the only way I could catch corona is if I caught it from the barn cats"

She looked at me with a puzzled and confused look and said " What's a barn cat? " .

Society isn't what I grew up with!

And chocolate milk comes from brown cows eh? So many folks are so disconnected to “life” outside their own little boxes these days.
