When I wrestled 20 years ago we tried many many different tricks to see how you lost the most weight in your sleep. A lot of guys on our team believed sleeping with the window open increased your metabolism at night as your body burnt more to keep warm. I sleep with the window open 90 % of the time to this day and I don’t find any difference in how much weight I lose at night. It’s almost always 2 lbs on the dot for me. Last night I weighed 211.8 at 10 pm. When I woke up this morning it was 209.8.Weight yourself first thing in the morning, always 2 or 3 lbs lighter in the morning.
