I just wanted to tell everybody that helped me with maps, tips, how to's and baggage issues THANK YOU!!!. I learned alot from you guys that saved me alot of headaches on my recent (Afognak) Kodiak brown bear hunt. If any of you ever need any help or info for southern Utah, let me know.The bear squares right at 9 foot.

I shot him with a 338 Rem. Mag. with 250gr. Nosler Partitions. My little sister and me snuck up on him while he was fishing in a creek that drained out of a small lake! Shot him at 15 to 20 yards!!!! Let me tell you this.......It sure makes your butt pucker when your scope is turned down to 3 and all you see is brown fur! My hat is off to all you guides. Those things are SCARY BIG!!
