Judy and I would like to thank you and your family for taking us in and letting us park our TT and truck in your driveway after a hard day of driving. We certainly didn't plan on doing that to you. Thank you also for driving us to dinner and great conversation with your family. I sure wish we could have spent at least one day so I could play in the dirt or make sawdust to help yo get ready for winter. The setting for your ranchette is worldly. Judy was so happy she was able to meet you all in that it seemed like we had known you forever in the short time we spent together.

Larry, the privilege was ours! We look forward to enjoying your company in the future. Jen, Summer and I had a fantastic time chatting with the two of you over dinner and as you said, if seemed as if we knew each-other forever. Speaking of, I saw a FB post re: your granddaughter's civic action to help those children less fortunate enjoy their birthdays - what an amazing young gal you have there! Humbling and inspiring!

Were you able to visit Glacier or did your travels take you homeward? Pictures? Seems Judy handled that camera as I wish I handled my firearm on a great day at the range!

Our ranchette is certainly a work in progress. Haha! You saw it in the rough, that is certain. You know, it is interesting - while it has been a heck of a lot of work and to continue until... One step, one hour, one day at a time - it's not bad at all. Pretty rewarding in a self satisfying way.

You will have to share a pic I saw her sneak of you and I chatting in the torn up driveway area in this thread or in PM, if you prefer.

Any Hunt Talk friend who has the opportunity to host IDNative (AKA Larry) or happens to need a place to plant themselves for a night or few in Whitefish, MT - touch base! It's pretty rewarding to meet and appreciate in person, the true American and Canadian hearts of our pride filled HT forum.
