My dad passed away last December and we're going to get as much family and close friends together as possible for a little celebration of life party soon.
He was an avid hunter, fisherman, golfer, snow skier and outdoorsman so I ordered a bunch of tiny screw top glass vials to put ashes in and give to family and friends with the idea that they should stick him in their tackle box, creel, boat, golf bag, hunting pack, etc. and take him along doing the things he loved. And also feel free to dump the ashes out at a favorite lake, stream, deer blind, mountain, etc.

I think it's pretty fitting and he would like the idea.

People will cherish that. One of my best friends families did that when he passed away way to young from brain cancer.

It’s been awesome taking him on road trips, hikes, climbing peaks, etc.

It’s an awesome way to celebrate those we love.
