Was that with the flash?

Great pic btw - Also, how do you identify the difference between a hatchery steelhead and a native? You mentioned in your other post the c&r role for native. Are hatchery slightly fin clipped?

Oh... hehe, this in notellum river? South of notellum lake? Washington, Idaho? :) Okay, I give up - fantastic fishing though.

The adipose fin (right in front of his left thumb in bottom pic) would be clipped if it was a hatchery fish.

Nice fish by the way and excellent photo!

No flash. I took it off of 'burst mode' so it only took one picture at a time with the timer. The Intelligent ISO did the rest.

Does Gary pay you for the advertising?
Great fish and picture.

Looks AWESOME....nice work Steelhead. My only advice now is to get you to take me along next year so I can take a bunch of photos!

Next time. Next time is tomorrow! Hopefully Gary hooks a brotha up with a free oil change, maybe more if I use the pic in a article...:)
