In that case, after my weekend 2 weeks ago, I’m sitting on a gold mine!

The economics could work out real nicely - pork belly is $3.00 pd at Greenfield’s, little bit of salt, sugar, pink salt, some time in the fridge, and maybe 3 pds of pellets… total cost maybe $4.00/pd. Stack up a cooler of frozen bacon and make a run…. Might could be a profitable side gig.
