Yeah...I wouldn't have seen the guy on the left either! From what I can see, i'd shoot him. Not the one on the right. Looking more... not sure, I'd have to have a better look at him.

He's a hard one to get into camera range... very spooky for a buck in rut. The others will stand and pose as he lowers his head and relocates.... going out to try again this afternoon, hopefully he's a little more photogenic...
