SB 80 Eliminating NR LO & Tenant Permits

SB 80 was introduced by the KS Livestock Association. We are just going to watch this one and probably submit neutral testimony. This will likely be a contentious bill if/when it gets a hearing.

any updates on this? I have an outfitter friend who thinks it may pass. Terrible bill for those who invested in land from out of state.

They were planning to work it last week and then tabled it, so it is likely dead for this year. Bill will technically still be alive through next year though.
