It is time to start contacting your legislators to let them know what you think about the currently introduced bills. We will be sending action alerts urging you to contact committees and legislators about specific bills if and when hearings are held. So stay alert and act fast. These hearings are sometimes scheduled 1 day out.

Click Here to Find Your State Legislators -simply type in your address and your legislator contact info will be displayed.

Personal emails or phone calls are best.

HB 2672, HB 2671, HB 2582, HB 2079 are all in the Ag & Natural Resources Committee. You can contact those committee members directly by Clicking Here. Their names and contact info are on the right. You can also contact the committee assistant at this address. [email protected]

@kansasdad and any other Kansans on here, please pay attention to these house bills and spread the word. The committee these bills currently sit in is led by Corbet, the same guy that introduced the bills, and most of that committee is not public hunter friendly.

Oh it’s a nightmare. Corbet is always a pain, but he’s really getting bold. Contact ur reps now because that committee means business this year.

@kansasdad @typhoon916. HB 2671 has a hearing friday at 1:30. working on getting facts and messaging straight, but my math has this at a $14+million/year cut in funding to KDWP

Some opposing testimony from yesterday regarding HB 2672 (transferable deer tags)
