Looks like camofire shut down. Usually have to dig or get lucky with sizes, but I’ve found some really good deals on there before. Bummed to see them go.

The internet scuttlebutt varies from “they’re gone forever” to “they’ve merged with the ear-tucking clowns at Hush”. <they said it not me.

I have some of the stuff from there, pretty decent for sure. Checked their deals at times, seems very sudden but shoulda bought what I needed/wanted a while ago I guess.

I used to check that site every day. Got some good deals over the years. When I lived in Chicago and worked over night, I made it a habit to check the new deals when they were posted at midnight. Made it something to look forward to when the clock struck midnight.

Pretty awful if they don’t fulfill orders when they were here today and gone the next with no warning

I bought a decent amount of stuff on camofire and pretty much checked it daily.

It would be truly gross to me if the hushin dorks bought it.

Darn! I have bought quite a bit of stuff from them the last few years. I have two pairs of Lowa Tibets, still NIB, that I got from them on a killer deal one day while I was in the woods squirrel hunting. I also have a Tricer gun clamp that I got from them for a significant discount last month.

If the rebrand is for the flat brimmer Hush gang, no amount of lipstick will make that pig look pretty enough to me.

This kinda sucks, I like the Black Ovis gear. I hope they weren't taken over by Hush, MTNOPS or Brian Call.
