Propoganda or real? Your thoughts??

I just saw where there were 23 shootings yesterday in Chicago so unless they are counting pronghorn shootings in Wyoming there must be something out of whack here.

Thought this might help some folks who are attempting to argue on this thread.

per cap·i·ta (pr kp-t)
adv. & adj.
1. Per unit of population; per person: In that year, Americans earned $15,304 per capita. Among the states, Connecticut has a high per capita income.
2. Equally to each individual.

[Medieval Latin, by heads : Latin per, per + Latin capita, accusative pl. of caput, head.]

How is it, that these two apparently "fact based" representations, send such different messages??? Weird!!!

IMO, If it was published by the main stream media (left or right leaning) it is most likely propaganda.

No need to define per capita, I question the validity of the "aggregate" statistics from the sources cited

"Physicians and researchers at Boston Children’s Hospital and Harvard University used data on gun fatalities collected by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and surveys of states’ laws compiled by advocacy groups such as the Brady Center to Prevent Gun Violence to find a statistical relationship between gun regulation and death prevention.
