So, the charges being “dismissed” absolves him of wrong doing, ( btw they were not dismissed, they were dropped as a part of a plea deal. A judge did not throw them out. There is a difference), but none of the court documents matter because of a grainy video that proves nothing???

Which is it? Do court rulings and documents matter or don’t they?
