Oven baked Pheasant brushed with olive oil and rubbed with roasted garlic, Egg noodles with a lemon cream sauce and fresh green beans.

even the kids will eat pheasants.

I traded the guy down the street for some Pheasant as he had never had Elk. Then my wife asked me "how do you cook this?" Well, I am here to tell ya'll Shake and Bake Pheasant with Stove Top Stuffing is nothing to write home about. Nemont, that does look good! John
