I just saw this article and thought I would share.

While I am a fan of carrying bear spray in certain scenarios or if that's what you are most confident in. I oppose the thought of being mandated to carry it. It just seems like another frivolous push by animal right activists.

Similar petitions failed in Wyoming and Idaho. I don't see it making much of an impact on the bear numbers. Of the 6 or 7 killed in defense how many were hunters? How many of those wouldn't still be killed in defense?

No thank you if I carry it I will choose to not be forced we've got enough BS rules. Same for a pistol if I choose I will carry that. It's my protection not the bear and I value human life over the bear every time.

Back in the day my dad would do spaghetti venison meatball dinner 1 night at deer camp every year. That cheap ass would buy a giant bottle of Mogen David to go with the dinner. Every year us youngins were allowed to partake in a glass of wine at dinner. Thought that stuff was awesome. Got older and realized it was shit...great memories tho!
