Here are a few pics of my 2007 Texas whitetail buck. I had a great hunt in some of the best country Texas has to offer. This is a giant cattle ranch and everything is free ranging. I won't bore you with a long story, so here are the pics.

Looking at the body size and comparing to other bucks I have seen from TX, that one looks to be on the obese side. Maybe it is the camera angle, but that looks like a "way larger than average" body size.

Randy, he was huge bodied for a TX deer. He was an old buck. He had more fat on him than any other deer I'd ever seen.

He'll go on as a Euro mount. He isn't any bigger than the last whitey I shot. Any shoulder mounts for whitetail will have to go over 140. I have a big muley in mind for this coming December AZ archery hunt. I have to save some room for him...
