No Deal with Mike Lee - ALL GAS, NO BRAKES

Hunter Nation is not a friend to public land hunters. Mike lee is a snake in the grass.

Don't trust either of them!

Keep calling and e-mailing. this is what is going to get us the results we want.

The United State Capitol Switchboard: (202)-224-3121

Call and talk your senator and any other involved with these land sales.

I have called again and thanked all of my Idaho senators and representative Simpson. For their public support of public lands and their opposition for Sen Lee’s bill. I talked to two staffers and when they heard me say thanks and that their boss has just earned my vote with this opposition, I could hear the smile in their voice. I think we are winning this fight you guys. Keep it up and get it across the finish line.

Made the usual round of calls this morning thanking certain senators for opposing Lee’s original bill and asking them to continue to oppose this new BS. Also told them how much I resented being called a Marxist by Lee for opposing federal land sales and that Lee is alienating a lot of conservatives from the party. I want Lee’s name to be mud within the GOP when all this is said and done.

Lee revised his arbitrary 3mil or so acres down to 1.2mil acres. Zinke is still a “no” vote and Montana should be proud. An elected official fighting on behalf of his constituents and party affiliation be damned.

Mike Lee brought the LGBT+ and trans community together with typically right lean hunters to help stop this awful transfer of public resources. It would be interesting to see the reaction when he realized the damage he has done to the bigoted views of marginalized communities he holds and espouses on social media.

I’ve not understood the reason or need to privatize public land. It’s not a new concept, the railroads were given millions of acres of land to encourage the building of railroads that would have gotten built anyway.

The only motivating factor I can see is money. I like money but I like public land more…
