New Countdown for 1-pointer and me....

You when I go, I go big :D :D I have no issues with a Hunttalk sponsored Tent and a keg or two. Hell, we can bring in the Dancers in cheerleading outfits giving post race rubdowns.

Doesn't Miller drink Zima's ?

I'll be too busy hunting; however you guys are free to put on your speedos and slosh around together.

Some pictures taken coming off Baldy at mile 15. Makes my knees hurt looking at them..

Young girl came by me on saddle peak... all concerned.. asked me if I was going to be alright because I didn't have anything.. she couldn't see the little water bottle in my pocket.

I told her, "If I want your water bottle, I'll just take it. So you better get going." She laughed and said, "Slow and steady wins the race." She beat me by 1 minute.

well, I'll get to the stories if I finished or not or if I came in first or 1-Pointer did. we took lots of picturers. I did get chicked, fat manned AND......60 year old laddied..... G'eessss :) Had a good time. once I get to a real computer instead of my phone we'll get stories and Pics !!

great job fatty. My torture quest comes early tomorrow. Damn construction made the new race course to 93 miles:BLEEP: and it is gonna be a hot one but i hope to tipping a beer back by 12:30:p

:eek:well I finished a lot earlier than 12:30! Did damn good considering...... some dork took me out on the steepest slowest part of the race at mile 45. He somehow put the scewer of his front quick release into my rear spokes and put me to an instant stop and actually tore my rear wheel out of the drops. My rim was bent so bad I had to finish the last 48 miles with a bike that handles like crap and a rim wobbling so bad it was rubbing the brakes. 93 miles finish time in 04:20:37.3 21.4MPH average.
I finished 14th for my age class out of 38:eek: and 108th overall, 108th out of 353 racers, and even finished before quite a few of the pro rider class guys. with a way messed up bike and knee. My only regret is the language I used when the dork crashed into me but it was the least likely and excusable place to crash into someone with the big hill climb and closed course making the entire road open for room so I was pissed. It really put me out back further because then I dropped out of the huge pack we were in and had to work a hell of a lot harder as I only got into a 4 man pack after riding 8 miles alone and taking point every 5 minutes VS hardly ever makes a ride a lot harder. My riding buddy Chris finished finished 46th overall and 6th in the same age class as me (40-45) but he was able to hang in the big pack the whole race.
I got chicked by 6 hotties overall. One elite class chick rider went past me with her ass hanging out of her torn biker tights and bloody road rash on her nice hinder, both elbows, a busted helmet, and she was flying!! looked painful:(
Maybe next year I will get a piece of that $10k prize money;)
here is a video of what I had to ride on for the last 48 miles
