Until we get pictures of the 220’s maybe this should become an ugliest mule deer contest. If I remember correctly the right side of this hideous buck scores fairly high.

My brother picked this up a few years ago, it doesn't carry the mass very high but the bases are legit.

I'm looking for an old regressed forkie with bases like coke cans...seriously, not really worried about the overall score, but I like antlers with mass.

Deadhead, most likely a lion kill. For CA this guy was probably pretty old and carried nice mass in his forks. Mass, width, and character trump inches for me.

My largest to date. I never put a tape on him. I voted in the 160-170 category, felt about right. Hopefully someday I'll top this buck.

Pretty sure I remember the unit too.
Every time I apply in Idaho for deer I think about possibly putting in for that unit . . . because of that deer.
It really stuck with me for some reason. (Probably because it's a great pic of an amazing buck. Love the background in the photo.)

These are my best two deer both in the 150s. Shot 6 years anpart and about 500 yards from each other.
