Twins Win!
View attachment 377840
I've been waiting all weekend to post a witty response to this about Detroit dominating the central, but we couldn't buy a win against Seattle this series!
I listen to the brewers every day on the radio. Never been to a game at American family field. We went to cubs games or twins games when we were kids.
Went to a Sox game in Twins gear on the south side when one of my kids was going to school in Chicago. The park was OK--not as nice as whatever they are calling the Milwaukee one and Target field. Fans were more than great, probably helped that their team wasn't! Cubs games were a lot harder to find tickets for then and expect it's long been that way.I listen to the brewers every day on the radio. Never been to a game at American family field. Buxton found out who was watching his kids and decided he’d better call it a day.Not a huge home run derby guy but it was neat to see the winner pitched to by his dad, and the pitching caught by his younger brother. Dude seems like a natural at long balls.
Buxton acquitted himself well, I was not sure he would. He's worth the price of admission alone in some games for his all around talent. Hope he continues to be healthy he is a joy to watch patrolling the outfield and running the bases.

I’ve been to one game at the old white Sox stadium and one at the new one. I was little at the old one and don’t remember but the way my mom tells the story is that it was a night game and we were late, there were people taking money for parking that looked legit. After the game all the parking barricades were removed and there were cops everywhere. A bunch of “entrepreneurs” blocked off the road, charged people to park, and left.Went to a Sox game in Twins gear on the south side when one of my kids was going to school in Chicago. Third generation Red Sox fan extending back to early 1900's.Red sox....how bout them Brewers! Uecker is loving this right now up there
Red sox are my second favorite team. Fenway park a couple years ago was a true childhood dream come true as I've been a sox fan since I was like 8 in little league. Living just a mear few miles from county stadium however and brewer alley makes me a Brew Crew fan for life. Many generations of bloodlines at the breweries in that town just can't be broken. Such a fitting name for a team in that town. For as small market as they are, I'd argue their fans are among the best and the management principles at the top for what they can do with so little $$$Third generation Red Sox fan extending back to early 1900's.
Brewers been a team since '69.
