It was a back room deal with Mike Lee. He got paid, he gives this up through a terrible precedent. Needs to be fought, tooth and nail.

Yeah, in and of itself, this transaction wouldn’t bother me. But given it’s Mike Lee behind it, I feel it’s just an easy test case to bigger things.
