I ate at an all you can eat sushi place in Pocatello once, can’t say it was a great time. I don’t think Mr Fong was involved in that business.

Yes, because when I think of quality fresh seafood, Pocatello is the first place that comes to mind.

There was a Chinese restaurant near my house about 20 years ago that was shut down because the health department found a live 20lb snapping turtle in the sink. They had the best sweet and sour soup though. Their Generals Tso "chicken" I 100% believe was pigeon. Same texture, color, flavor etc. It wasn't bad either. Small family business, delivered via bicycle, cheap AF, and the phone order conversation always included a bunch of yelling, mostly by me because they kept saying "what you want?"
