Just dropped a stack on jerky and sausage from several of the places you guys recommended.
Particularly stoked to try the jerky @TwistedSage recommended.
Since I procrastinated and waited till the last minute to order all this sausage it appears that I’ve finally decided to sit out opening weekend/Labor Day, let the crowd thin and begin my hiking sometime after the 5th.
Hopefully this stuff gets here by the 3rd or 4th

They only ship on mondays and Tuesday’s though, so it’s gonna be a toss up if it gets here before I leave.
