Made deer Italian sausage lasagna with my first attempt at homemade mozzarella..

I found that home made cheese cooks quicker, so some of it got a little dark. I have a buddy that gets me whole milk with lots of cream. I've made some flavored butters too.

Now I'm probably going to get shot for saying this if I get back over to the Western States, but in the UK we make far superior cheese to what you can pick up in your super markets!
