hit a spot for a few northerns, did pretty good, plus it helps up here you can use 5 lines per person, also found a pretty good bag for ice fishing for alling all your stuff in one bag instead of 1-3 bags or buckets, works really good if you have to snowmachine in to a area.

Nice pile of northerns. Yummy. I think it is finally cold enough around here to make the water hard.

Nicely done on the snot rockets! The ready rig is a good pack, check out the Stone Legacy "Revolution" or "Un-Bucket". They are awesome packs to keep your gear in order and your expensive ice rods protected.

Dduuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuude !!!! That is something I still haven't done . Someday I'll brave the Cold and try it :)

300,
It's even more fun spearing them. Is it legal in AK?
Grew up doing it in MN. Very therapuetic sitting there in the "dark house" peering into the water that is illuminated by broken eggshells on the bottom, watching the live sucker decoy swim about, waiting for that big "slough shark" to poke his head in.
