Have some snatch blocks and soft shackles on the way as well. Probably do an extra length of synthetic rope. That coupled with boards should cover most emergencies.

I'm thinking the same as you. That Wyeth Scott puller is a beast. My concern is what to do if there are no trees or rocks to anchor the puller to extract the truck. Other than an expensive pull-pal, what could you use to anchor in the gumbo of central Wyoming?
