You are invited to attend The IHLA's 2004 1st Annual Great Northeastern American Rendezvous and GT. sponsored by THE INTERNATIONAL HUNTING LAND ASSOCIATION INC.
Dates - June 5th and 6th
Kind Brothers and Sisters, the Chairman and Staff of the 2004 Great Northeastern American IHLA Rendezvous wish to invite you to share with us the shinin' times and natural beauty that this rendezvous and GT have to offer.
Location - Bald Eagle State Park in Pennsylvania
There will be no membership required in any National Organization to attend this Rendezvous and GT. Copies of the rules and regulations,will be posted at the Chairman's campsite. The Chairman will assign an IHLA member to be the "Booshway" or Camp Director who will oversee the running of the camp. Make sure you advise him of your arrival and departure to comply with camp rules. Camp opens Friday Evening at 7PM local time. For the remainder of the weekend the PROGRAM will open at 7:00AM TILL????. The Campground is Handicapped Accessible. Period clothing (pre 1840's) or any regular clothing ,lodging and accutrements are required at all times. ALL Modern FIREARMS Will remain unloaded when not on the firing lines at the ranges. This includes flashing the pan and capping of black powder rifles and handguns, NO LOADED FIREARMS IN CAMP!! No loading of modern or historical firearms will be allowed in camp. FIREARMS VIOLATIONS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. and you will be expelled from camp immediately.

The sale in any form, of alcoholic beverages or solicitations is PROHIBITED. Parents are responsible for their children. Children are NOT responsible for their parents. ;)

CAMP FEAST: Please bring a covered dish to share with fellow campers. Any wild game brought to the event will be cooked at the feast. Day Visitors: You may visit the IHLA camp any day the Rendezvous is open IF you are in pre-1840 dress & gear or not. The cost will be $10.00 per day. The method of payment will be payment of $35.00 when you arrive at the camp and fill out a day visitor's card which may be picked up at the Chairman's campsite. If you leave P.M. the same day, you will be refunded $25.00.

WATCH FOR SIGNS leading to the camp. There are plenty of camp sites available but you should plan your weekend as soon as possible. The location will be the Bald Eagle State Park in Central Pennsylvania. Bald Eagle Campground offers all of the usual requirements of a group camping event. Electric hook-ups, waste disposal etc. Be sure to register early for the campground. It is close to I-80 and has a lot of room.
