I havn't received the refund yet. Just checked the draw results page again, and I'm still a loser.

yep, still looing for that refund, now to roll it over in a new investment (NM elk tag that is on its way).

They will credit my credit card account?

Idaho will credit the card that you applied with. I'm still waiting as well and called. They said it depends on your billing cycle as to when you will get your refund. Not exactly sure what that means or why but everyone should be refunded by July.
