Maybe that would train the sharks, and killer whales to concentrate on sea lions, like the sea lions concentrate on salmon.

Bid on it? They aren't thinking about this right. Preference points and bonus points with decade long waits to get a permit is where the money is at. Haven't they learned from the Montana, CO, WY, AZ blueprint examples?

Never because there is no land. This is in a river. Some native tribes though probably ready to lay more stake into this though if money is on the line now

I stopped expecting common sense from them long ago.

Call them what they are.....SEA WOLVES. and managing them is a pipe dream. Right up there with CA mountain lions, and Feral Horses.

Easy way to make this happen is get the tribes to do it. Just spin it as it being their heritage and all that.
I’m surprised they haven’t already started doing it actually.
