In my state of MT, if all licensed hunters and anglers voted in 2004, it would have been 90% of the registered voters. Cool.
I know some smart ass will reply that if all the "literate" MT hunters and anglers had voted, it would have been 10% of registered voters. Hey, we can't solve all the world's problems.
