I'd shoot it in a heartbeat. It's a brown-phase black bear. Even at that range, you would see 4" claws. When you see a grizzly, there is no doubt. Like if you think it's a wolf but not sure, it's not.
I'm surprised how many people think that's a black bear. The photos are definitely poor, but that face shape is so grizzly I wouldn't need anything more than these pics to decide there's no way I would think about shooting that thing
