Yesterday was Deadlifts and Burpees over the bar 21-15-9
I did 185lbs on the deadlift , finished in 6:30
Then we did reverse lunges 5 each leg for 3 rounds , my heaviest round was 115lb
Monday was 10 Olympic ring muscle ups , which I can’t do , did a scaled version to work on upper body strength, then it was 100 push press , I did 55lb then finish with a 1000 meter row , finished in 11:49
