Hey Shoot's Straight

I favor full disclosure, no limits. You will never take money out of politics. Would be nice to know who is pushing an agenda though.

I just thought it was funny how all the liberal progressives types that get all worked up about the Koch Brothers, never look in the mirror.

You are making a pretty big assumption there about not looking in the mirror. The progressives want it stopped. They immediately opposed Citizen's United while the Rs supported it. However, until it happens they can't afford to give the other side such a huge money advantage not even considering how little control they have over the matter.

Your argument is simply a red herring similar to conservatives complaining about subsidies, and then taking subsidies themselves. Bringing it up is just a hollow deflection used to justify their own stance on the matter.

Both sides do it. It is just political strategy; a ruse, theater. Call it hypocrisy if it makes you feel better, but you are just falling for the game designed to avoid the real issue.

No BHR, the truth is the Tea Baggers got beat at their own game, so now who's whining.

As a moderate conservative, I stay consistent unlike the hypocritical tea baggers themselves, if you know what I mean.

Moderate conservative you say. So which moderate conservative do you like so far for 2016, Shoot's? Bush, Christie, or Walker? Or how about Schweitzer? I hear he's sniffing around Iowa. You like him?

If Ron Paul didn't have the stance he does on public lands,he'd be the guy. I think his kid is going to run, and I don't like him to much. He's not his daddy,

I'd probably vote for Schweitzer out of the lot you posted.

How about you? Who's your pick?

Walker would be about the only one in the group, I would consider. I'll wait for the anal exam results first, however.

So does the guy you vote for have to be a Republican, or could it just be the right guy?

I vote for the man/woman and hopefully the possibility of he or she being credible, more than party platform. That's just the extremist in me though.

I don't see a woman in the next election though.

I think Schweitzer is a populist B. S.er, and that if he does become a serious candidate, he won't pass his anal exam.

I think the Dems will nominate a woman.......and it won't be Hillary.

But he's dead on the money about ol Dianne....

In the game of politics he could be dead on but he can't say it. The issue of the gaydar is funny but it won't win him any acclaim on either side. BS can't bully people on the national level like he did when he was Gov.

I wouldn't vote for him for dog catcher. I admire his political abilities and he is very, very good at it but dig into him even a little bit and he is as slimy as they come.

If Chris Christie can keep alive after Bridge-gate, I wouldn't count Schweitzer out just yet.

"Don't hold this against me, but I'm going to blurt it out," Schweitzer is quoted as saying. "How do I say this .. men in the South, they are a little effeminate. They just have effeminate mannerisms. If you were just a regular person, you turned on the TV, and you saw Eric Cantor talking, I would say -- and I'm fine with gay people, that's all right -- but my gaydar is 60-70 percent. But he's not, I think, so I don't know. Again, I couldn't care less. I'm accepting."

..a "nuke the gay whales for Jesus" blurt byte for dim bulb hetero's and same sexer's.

Is Christie still viable?

I will make a bet with you right now that Schweitzer won't be in the game once the media starts digging even a little bit. He won't get away with what he did as Gov. on the national scene.

He is a great one to rally the troops, give a quotable quote and play political theater and is a very, very good bare knuckles politician in the trenches. He is not cut from the cloth to be President of the U.S.

What do you want to bet?
