Hard Questions for Mr. Newberg About Fouled Moose Kill, Season 8, Episode 1

I've not wasted too much time reading what this OP has to say but it's apparent he's trying to follow the current social media playbook to gain followers.

Man, I ignored Mountain Priest and missed out as well. Maybe he will contact the guy accusing the Fresh Tracks crew of, wait for it, possibly not having the safety on in the latest bear episode for his next Project Veritas-esque project.

>> what is so scary to me is I have friends who will not kill an animal under 500 yards as they think that its unsportsmanlike.

>Why can't we all just sit under they same tent as hunters and embrace how each other hunts as long as its legal.

There’s a fine line between having balls and being just plain stupid. This guy don’t know where the line is.

Cease & Desist Letter from Pat Crank
Last Friday I received a "Cease & Desist" letter from former Wyoming Attorney General, former G&F Commissioner and current Wyoming Wildlife Taskforce member Pat Crank.

Mr. Crank's letter is one of the more interesting letters from a public official I've ever seen. He began, "I write to demand that you immediately cease and desist from making any further statements regarding me," and continued to call me a "pathological liar ... ignorant .... sloppy ... reckless," etc. and accused me of being "fraudulent, libelous, scandalous, defamatory and false."

Inherent to any "Cease & Desist" letter is threat of a lawsuit if the recipient doesn't "comply."

The letter was addressed to me personally, but Mr. Crank saw fit to send copies to Governor Gordon, Senator Hicks, Senate TRW Committee Chair Affie Ellis and all the members of the Wildlife Task Force - essentially making it part of the public record.

Where Does Money Donated to 307 Hunter Go?
I received this question from a newsletter subscriber. We've set up a separate checking account and all donations from the 307hunter.com website go directly to this checking account. All donated funds will be used to hire a lobbyist for our next 90/10 fight in January at the Wyoming State Legislature, or to campaign for senators/representatives who support 90/10, or against those who don't, in the next election cycle.

Because these donations will be used for political purposes, they are not tax deductible.

We've received less that $300 in donations so far.

Attorney Needed
If you recall, through my nonprofit, Mountain Pursuit, we filed a pro se (represent ourselves) lawsuit vs. the G&F Commission of donation of Commissioner Tags to the WYOGA.

It turns out there's a Wyoming District Court rule which requires any corporation, including a nonprofit, from pro se representation - which means we'll likely have to find an attorney licensed in Wyoming to represent us.

We've asked a half dozen attorney so far and all have turned us down. So if you are an attorney, and/or know of one who wants to help fight for resident hunters and Wyoming's big game, please have him or her contact me - [email protected].

Very interesting

crazy stuff> he is just on here looking for a sponsor or needs to prove to a sponsor idiots will follow him. I'm sure he will get a few to join him.

I read this thread this morning and it got me to thinking about descriptive adjectives.
I have heard of ***holes. I have heard of ***hats.
Given mtnpriest’s username, I would like to coin a new descriptive adjective in his honor. Could he be considered an ***hill?
I was thinking more along the lines of "prison wallet."
