If Metallica and Kid Rock are D list, Guy is an F.
Guy gets a pass.

Guy Fieri is known for crisscrossing the country on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, but this week, his focus was on only one place: his hometown of Santa Rosa, California. The first responders in Santa Rosa and the surrounding areas are currently battling one of the worst fires to ever roar through the region. A lifelong Santa Rosa resident, Guy wasted no time in doing what he could to support his community. With the help of his culinary team, Guy set up a makeshift kitchen in a local parking lot Thursday and prepared thousands of hearty meals for evacuees and the volunteers who are providing aid. Guy's goal was simple: Support the very place he calls home through food. You can find comments from Guy and a link to donate to the Salvation Army here or visit the American Red Cross for more information.

....All made from scratch. Fieri says he and his group cooked 1,200 pounds of pulled pork. Reflecting on Tuesday, Castaneda says cooking 2,200 meals wasn't an easy feat. "I didn't realize, first of all, how hard it is to do the hard work, nothing compared to what the firefighters are doing.Aug 25, 2021

When I met Jason in Dixon a couple months after they started in 2011 When I told him I was headed our on a Wyoming General Elk tag scouting trip, he shook my hand, and told me very sincerely "Man I wish I was in your shoes right now".

He didn't have to do that. It was a one-point tag at that time. But at that moment we were just a couple of elk hunters chatting. So I respect what he created in terms of the product, and not so much what it [the brand] has become. The people or person who have benefitted from his business model and positioning don't necessarily have my respect, but I still like my 10 year old rain gear and a few other pieces.

But by all means poke fun at folks who are all show and no go. The ones who didn't go beyond the IG fame level. The more hashtags the better...

You guys are gonna have to get up early to beat this one though!
